GoodEggs Grotesk is the institutional font of the homonymous type foundry. Designed with Apolline de Luca (type foundry co-founder), the project is inspired by the typeface Venus, released by Bauer, 1907-1914.
Apolline and I had our own take of a grotesk adding the foundry’s personnality and principles to it: serious but friendly. Letters are designed following the counterparts which are rounded like an egg. Therefore all letters kept friendly curves while still having a modern/neutral grotesk style.
